C2 offers cost-effective IT staffing solutions to clients across a wide portfolio of service offerings including contract, contract to hire, direct hire and retained search models. As your company’s staffing partner, we will learn the technical, compensation and cultural nuances of your business, provide expertise on market factors and candidate supply then execute a comprehensive search before closing the process with the highest quality hire.

 

Retained Search


Retained search is an exclusive partnership between C2 and a client through process completion and we reward clients for this exclusivity with highly competitive rates. An initial payment kicks off the process but unique to the market, the back end portion of the fee is due only upon completion of the search with candidate placement (competitors typically require 33% upfront, 33% upon delivery of 5 candidates and the remainder due upon completion or material change in the position).

 

Contingent Search


Contingent search involves candidate search with payment upon finalist selection. C2 is able to offer our clients highly competitive rates for contingent placements - often 30% less than our competitors - and our success has bred strong long-term, client relationships

 

Contract and Contract-to-hire


C2 is also experienced in facilitating contract hires and contract to hire conversions. In these scenarios, C2 partners with the client on pipeline development and interview and will extend the permanent offer, in order to capture a lower bill rate to the client.
